QuickFix Home ('we', 'our', or 'us') operates the QuickFix Home mobile application and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
By using the QuickFix Home app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: full name, phone number, email address, and profile photo.
- Service Request Details: service type, property address, problem description, and preferred appointment time.
- Location Data: real-time GPS location (with your explicit permission) to match you with nearby technicians and enable live tracking.
- Payment Information: payments are processed by Moyasar — we do not store your card number or banking details.
- Device Information: device model, operating system version, app version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: features accessed, service history, technician ratings you submit, and support interactions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our home repair services.
- Match you with qualified, verified technicians in your area.
- Process payments securely through Moyasar.
- Send booking confirmations, service updates, OTP completion codes, and important notifications.
- Enable real-time technician location tracking.
- Respond to customer support requests.
- Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform.
- Comply with applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it only in the following circumstances:
- With Technicians: your name, service address, and contact number are shared with the assigned technician to complete your service request.
- With Moyasar: your payment transaction data is shared with Moyasar solely to process payments.
- Legal Requirements: when required by Saudi law, court order, or government authority.
- Service Providers: trusted third parties who assist in operating the App (hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements and prohibited from using your data for other purposes.
- Business Transfer: in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred with prior notice.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide services. After you delete your account, we retain data for up to 90 days to fulfil any pending legal obligations, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.
Transaction records may be retained longer where required by Saudi financial regulations.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your personal information.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that affects your rights, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations).
- Data Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw Location Permission: revoke GPS access at any time in your device settings. Note this may limit real-time tracking features.
- Opt-Out of Marketing: unsubscribe from non-essential notifications in App Settings.

8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time by navigating to App Settings → Account → Delete Account. Once confirmed, your profile and personal data will be permanently erased from our systems within 90 days.
Deletion requests can also be submitted via email to info@quickfixhome.online with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
9. Children's Privacy
QuickFix Home is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at info@quickfixhome.online and we will delete such information.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., mapping services, payment gateways). These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices. We encourage you to review them before providing any personal information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification or email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
