1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the QuickFix Home mobile application ('App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuickFix Home ('we', 'our', or 'us'). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

QuickFix Home is a technology platform that connects homeowners and residents in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with verified and qualified independent technicians for home repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • Air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Plumbing — leaks, pipe repairs, fixture installation
  • Electrical work — wiring, circuit breakers, safety inspections
  • Carpentry — furniture assembly, woodwork, and installations
  • Painting — interior and exterior painting services
  • Home appliance repair — washing machines, ovens, refrigerators, and more
  • Deep cleaning and sanitization
  • Flooring — tile, marble, and flooring repairs

QuickFix Home acts as an intermediary platform and does not directly employ technicians. Technicians are independent service providers who have been verified and accepted onto the platform.

3. Eligibility

To use QuickFix Home you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Saudi Arabian law.
  • Reside in or be located within the service area (currently Riyadh, Saudi Arabia).
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access our services you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
  • Notify us immediately at info@quickfixhome.online if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Maintain only one account per person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Service Requests & Bookings

When you submit a service request through the App:

  • Your request is broadcast to available technicians. A booking is confirmed only when a technician accepts your request.
  • You must be present or have an authorized adult representative at the service address during the scheduled appointment.
  • You must provide safe and adequate access to the area requiring service.
  • Job completion requires your OTP confirmation. Only share your OTP once you are satisfied that the work has been completed correctly. Sharing the OTP confirms your acceptance of the work.
  • QuickFix Home facilitates the connection between you and the technician. The technician bears responsibility for the quality and safety of the work performed.

6. Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Moyasar, our authorized payment service provider.

  • Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is charged upon booking confirmation.
  • We do not store your payment card details; all payment data is handled by Moyasar in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Service prices may vary based on the type of work, complexity, and materials required. The final price is confirmed before you submit your booking.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel a booking at no charge until the assigned technician begins travelling to your location.
  • Late Cancellation: If the technician has already started travelling, a cancellation fee may be applied to cover the technician's time.
  • No-Show: If you are unavailable at the agreed time without prior cancellation, a no-show fee may apply.
  • Refund for Unsatisfactory Work: If work is incomplete or of unsatisfactory quality, contact us at info@quickfixhome.online within 24 hours of job completion. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds are processed through Moyasar and typically credited within 5–10 business days.

8. User Conduct

By using QuickFix Home you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Contact technicians outside the App to arrange services and circumvent platform fees.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against technicians.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Saudi law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the App or its underlying technology.
  • Post reviews or ratings that are false, defamatory, or designed to mislead other users.
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the App.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Technician Responsibility

Technicians on the QuickFix Home platform are independent service providers, not employees of QuickFix Home. While we verify and vet all technicians, QuickFix Home is not liable for:

  • The quality, completeness, or safety of work performed by technicians.
  • Property damage caused during a service visit beyond what is covered by our dispute resolution process.
  • Any injury to persons caused by a technician's negligence.

If you experience an issue with a technician, please report it immediately through the App or to info@quickfixhome.online.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, trademarks, designs, and technology within the QuickFix Home App are the exclusive property of QuickFix Home or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, QuickFix Home and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the App.
  • Service interruptions due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickFix Home and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the resolution of any disputes.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication within 30 days of the dispute arising.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the competent judicial courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in accordance with Saudi law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email with at least 7 days' advance notice before taking effect.

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
